Home workout generator

How the home workout generator works

Tick the kit you have at home, from nothing at all to dumbbells, a kettlebell, resistance bands, a pull-up bar, a sturdy chair or a backpack full of books. Choose your goal, time, level and how much space you have, and get a workout with a warm-up, a main session and a cool-down.

Every exercise comes with sets, reps or timings, simple cues and a swap button. Press start and the built-in timer counts you through every move and rest, with beeps and vibration so you can keep your eyes off the screen.

Built for real homes

  • No jumping: quiet, joint-friendly moves for flats and sleeping children.
  • No floor work, easy on wrists or knees: filters out moves that don't suit you.
  • Space: on-the-spot workouts for small rooms, or more movement if you have room.
  • Styles: circuits, intervals, sets and reps, EMOM and Tabata.
  • Weekly plans: 2 to 5 days with a different focus each day.

Frequently asked questions

Can I build muscle at home without weights?

Yes. Bodyweight moves like push-ups, split squats and single-leg bridges build muscle when you take sets close to failure and progress them over time. A backpack loaded with books adds resistance cheaply.

How often should I work out at home?

Two to four sessions a week with a rest day between hard sessions suits most people.
