Protein meal generator

How the protein meal generator works

Set how much protein you want a day and how many meals and snacks you eat. The generator splits your target across the day, then ranks high-protein meals and snacks by how much of their energy comes from protein, favouring the foods you pick. Every portion is sized to hit your per-meal target.

Tap + on any idea to add it to your day. The ring shows your running total against your target, along with your calories, carbs and fat.

How much protein do I need?

Most healthy adults do well on around 1.2 g of protein per kg of body weight. People building muscle often aim for about 1.6 g per kg, and up to 2 g per kg when losing fat to help keep muscle. Use the built-in helper or our protein intake calculator to work out your number.
